Job Summary
To support the mission of Young Life, the part-time remote WV NextGen Mission Staff will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and resource development while actively participating in ministry functions and community outreach.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in spiritual development activities and maintain relationships within the church community
- Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while developing a strategic ministry plan
- Engage in direct ministry activities, including planning and conducting Young Life clubs and camps
Required qualifications:
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- College degree preferred
- Experience in ministry or related fields is beneficial
