Job Summary

To drive revenue growth in the Workforce Experience Platform, the full-time WXP Sales Specialist will build consultative client relationships, provide technical support to account managers, and create customized solutions while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the organization's products and explains features and benefits to potential customers
  • Offers technical expertise to account managers in identifying and nurturing leads, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth
  • Creates and presents customized solutions that align with clients' business objectives and establishes professional relationships to address their unique needs
Required qualifications
  • Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 4-7 years of work experience in technical selling, consultative selling, or account management, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience with the WXP Platform, Workforce Experience Platform is required
  • Proven track record in sales techniques, including consultative selling and relationship building
  • Ability to guide junior team members in sales methodologies and techniques
