Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive responsible for managing and supporting assigned customer accounts while consulting on technology needs and collaborating with the Business Development team to acquire new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer base, fulfilling contractual obligations and providing exceptional service
  • Develop and expand relationships within assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling services
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to acquire new business and monitor Key Performance Indicators for all assigned clients


Required Qualifications
  • Pass the Account Manager Exam
  • Demonstrate effective organizational skills and business acumen
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Fulfill minimum billing and revenue management requirements within 6 months
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
