Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Wyoming Licensed Agent Specialist will manage the life cycle of agent appointments, including issuing agent numbers, processing state appointments, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Issue agent numbers and process state appointments, terminations, and expired licenses
  • Maintain internal systems and perform error reporting to ensure accurate commission payments
  • Communicate with state insurance boards and external vendors while handling sensitive agent information
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience, with accounting experience preferred
  • Insurance background, particularly in Agent Licensing, is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with database management is helpful
  • Excellent alpha and number recognition skills with a typing speed of 40-45 WPM
