Job Summary

Managing the life cycle of agents appointed with American Income Life, the remote Wyoming Licensed Agent Specialist will issue agent numbers, process state appointments, and maintain data accuracy while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Issue agent numbers, process state appointments, and manage terminations and renewals
• Verify and update agent information, including biographical and banking details
• Communicate with state insurance boards and vendors to ensure compliance and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• At least 2 years of office experience
• Insurance background, particularly in Agent Licensing, is desirable
• Experience with database management is very helpful
• Accounting experience preferred
