Job Summary

Wyoming Licensed Clinical Analyst, this part-time contract position provides IT Clinical Application customer support for EHR and related clinical applications, resolving issues via a remote call center.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Healthcare IT trends and nursing practices
• Answer, resolve, document, and triage incoming support requests
• Collaborate with IT teams to address system or application issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Clinical position license, certification in a clinical healthcare setting, or 2 years of clinical support experience
• Experience with EMR systems like Cerner or PACS
• Basic understanding of integrated clinical systems
• Applicable certifications or licensures may be required based on the assigned area
