Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager & AML/BSA Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop processes to ensure cross-team understanding of compliance obligations and create learning materials
• Partner with financial institution partners to address questions and complete audits related to BSA and AML programs
• Define and implement operational processes for administering the company's offerings and support onboarding of new employers

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of compliance experience in a financial services technology company
• Strong regulatory background
• Experience in strategic decision making and cross-functional leadership roles
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into manageable components
• Experience in healthcare and employee benefits compliance matters
