- Assist members with scheduling appointments and finding primary care physicians
- Provide detailed reviews and process change requests for member insurance plans
Required Qualifications

- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for navigating multiple systems
- Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
- Must reside in the state of Wyoming
