Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations
• Manage and coordinate electrical engineering efforts across multi-disciplinary teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level electrical engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desired
• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Proficiency with electrical design tools and software (AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, Revit)
