Job Summary

To support a growing digital clinic, the full-time Wyoming Licensed Nurse Practitioner will deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver medication for opioid use disorder, focusing on patient-centered care
• Initiate and oversee buprenorphine treatment in an independent outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery goals through harm reduction principles

Required qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Wyoming or other specified states
• At least 6 months of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an independent outpatient setting
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong patient-centered practice
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
• Interest in full-time work, with availability for various shift options
