Job Summary
To support a growing digital clinic, the full-time Wyoming Licensed Nurse Practitioner will deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver medication for opioid use disorder, focusing on patient-centered care
- Initiate and oversee buprenorphine treatment in an independent outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery goals through harm reduction principles
Required qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Wyoming or other specified states
- At least 6 months of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an independent outpatient setting
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong patient-centered practice
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
- Interest in full-time work, with availability for various shift options
