A company is looking for a WY Real Estate Signing Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
Review real estate documents to ensure completeness and legal compliance
Apply electronic notarial acts and ensure compliance with state laws governing remote online notarization

Required Qualifications

NNA Certified
Minimum of six (6) months experience with Remote Online Notarization
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
Minimum of one (1) year experience working with loan or real estate documents
Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
