Job Summary

To build and grow the personal brand of a tech founder as a strategic channel for customer acquisition, partnerships, and investor outreach, the fully remote X (Twitter) Growth Manager will combine ghostwriting, community building, and growth marketing to attract a high-quality audience in the mobile gaming and AI sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Ghostwrite posts and threads on behalf of the founder, focusing on product updates and industry insights
• Create and maintain a weekly content plan while managing discussions around published content
• Engage with high-value accounts through thoughtful replies and personalized outreach for product launches

Required qualifications

• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2-C1+) with excellent writing skills
• Proven experience growing X (Twitter) accounts, particularly in B2B, SaaS, AI, gaming, or technology sectors
• Strong ghostwriting skills with the ability to write in the founder's authentic voice
• Deep understanding of X's audience building, engagement strategies, and algorithm behavior
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate audience growth metrics and strategies
