Job Summary
Supporting revenue growth in a remote capacity, the full-time XaaS Solutions Specialist will manage administrative coordination, quote and order management, vendor engagement, and customer support throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Assist sales teams with day-to-day activities, including preparing proposals and maintaining CRM records
- Establish and manage relationships with vendors and partners, coordinating pricing and product availability
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate revenue data and supporting contract renewals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, telecommunications, or customer success roles
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
