Xactly Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Xactly Implementation Consultant (Contract Position).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements for Xactly Incent and related modules
• Complete end-to-end solution design, rule writing, and configuration within the Xactly environment
• Execute rigorous system testing, troubleshoot logic gaps, and manage the deployment/production support phase

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent; experience with Connect, Reporting, or Extend is preferred
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables independently with minimal supervision
• Strong professional presence with experience interacting with various management levels
