Xactly Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Xactly Implementation Consultant to deliver Xactly suite solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions to document business needs for Xactly Incent
• Design and build end-to-end solutions, including complex configurations within the Xactly environment
• Execute system integration testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent; advanced knowledge of Connect, Reporting, or Extend preferred
• Proven experience in a customer-facing consulting role
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet strict deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
