XSOAR Automation Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time XSOAR Automation Specialist will serve as the EDR Subject Matter Expert, focusing on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of security automation workflows using Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR while supporting cybersecurity initiatives for clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary EDR Subject Matter Expert, supporting implementation and troubleshooting of EDR solutions
- Design and maintain security automation workflows and develop Python-based scripts to enhance SOC efficiency
- Collaborate with clients to understand cybersecurity needs and provide technical guidance throughout engagements
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or incident response
- Strong hands-on experience with EDR implementation and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR or similar SOAR platforms
- Extensive Python development and scripting experience
- Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and SOC operations
