XSOAR Automation Specialist
Job Summary
To support a highly technical and regulated cybersecurity environment, the remote XSOAR Automation Specialist will serve as the EDR Subject Matter Expert, focusing on implementing, configuring, and optimizing security automation workflows using Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR while collaborating with cybersecurity professionals in a consulting capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary EDR Subject Matter Expert for implementation and troubleshooting
- Design and maintain security automation workflows to enhance SOC efficiency
- Integrate security platforms to automate detection, investigation, and response processes
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technical field
- Strong hands-on experience with EDR implementation and troubleshooting
- Experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR or comparable SOAR platforms
- Proficient in Python development and scripting
- Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and SOC operations
