XSOAR Automation Specialist
Job Summary
To support a highly technical and regulated cybersecurity environment, the remote XSOAR Automation/AI Specialist will serve as the EDR Subject Matter Expert, focusing on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of security automation workflows while collaborating with cybersecurity professionals to enhance client engagements.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary EDR Subject Matter Expert for implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Design and maintain security automation and orchestration workflows using Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR
- Develop Python-based automation and integrations to improve SOC efficiency and support incident response initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or incident response
- Strong hands-on experience with EDR implementation and troubleshooting
- Experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR or similar SOAR platforms
- Proficient in Python development and scripting
- Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and SOC operations
