Yacht Insurance Client Advisor Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Yacht Client Advisor Manager (Remote East Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide client advisory efforts and ensure high client satisfaction
• Manage team performance, including forecasting and conducting performance reviews
• Build relationships with Centers of Influence and oversee client communications and presentations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing individuals and team goals preferred
• 3-5+ years of yacht insurance background required with client-facing experience
• Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Experience in personal lines insurance with High-Net-Worth clientele
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed
