Job Summary

A company is looking for a Yardi Support Specialist to provide support to operations at the regional and property level, focusing on Yardi and related applications.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor ServiceNow queue and respond to client support requests
Assist users with reporting and accounting questions while ensuring system performance
Track service request trends and recommend additional training as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems strongly recommended
1 to 2 years of finance/accounting experience desirable
1 to 2 years of experience with Yardi Systems and RealPage
Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with ServiceNow
Knowledge in SQL Server Stack is a plus
