Job Summary

Serving as the internal Yardi platform expert, the full-time Yardi Support Specialist will ensure operational continuity across managed properties by monitoring support tickets, providing user training, and managing user access, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to Yardi support tickets, triaging and resolving issues efficiently while communicating with requestors
  • Provision new user accounts and manage role-based permissions, ensuring compliance with company security standards
  • Configure property lists and system settings for newly onboarded assets, collaborating with transition teams to ensure accurate setup
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience in a multifamily residential environment
  • Deep knowledge of the full Yardi platform, including leasing, marketing, accounting, maintenance, and reporting
  • Experience managing department structures and consolidated reporting groups in Yardi
  • Proven ability to manage user access and role-based permissions with an understanding of security best practices
  • Strong written communication skills for documentation and cross-team coordination
