Yield Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Yield Manager who is data-savvy and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze publisher and network-level performance data to uncover trends and revenue growth opportunities
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and produce yield optimization plans
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues, guiding teams to solutions

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in ad tech, yield optimization, programmatic operations, or data analytics
• Experience with Looker or other BI visual reporting tools
• Strong command of Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Prebid, and header bidding environments
• Ability to analyze auction metrics and turn insights into measurable actions
• Working knowledge of site performance tools and understanding of user experience tradeoffs in monetization
