Yield Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing inventory health and pricing execution, the full-time remote Yield Operations Manager will operationalize the yield strategy across various media channels, leveraging data to maximize ad revenue and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own inventory management, including forecasting and monitoring for categories and advertisers
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable recommendations for maximizing ad revenue
• Lead performance reviews and identify opportunities and risks related to contracts and financial impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of progressive experience in campaign management, media planning, or media strategy
• 3 years of media analytics experience in a digital advertising environment
• Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), DSPs, SSPs, and retail media platforms
• 3 years of cross-functional project or team management experience
