Yield & Revenue Manager

Job Summary

To lead revenue optimization efforts, the full-time remote Yield & Revenue Manager will establish pricing, inventory, and yield strategies for the river cruise portfolio while collaborating with various departments to maximize revenue across all channels and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the river cruise revenue management function, establishing best-practice processes and tools
• Develop comprehensive pricing, yield, and inventory strategies for all sailings and distribution channels
• Analyze market trends and performance to create accurate demand forecasts and inform revenue decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue or yield management within cruise, travel, or hospitality sectors
• Proven success in building or transforming a revenue management function
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in multi-channel pricing and inventory management
• Expert-level understanding of pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and yield optimization
• Proficiency in revenue management platforms and advanced Excel, with experience in Salesforce CRM and Power BI preferred
