Job Summary

A company is looking for a YoungLives Coordinator to lead and sustain outreach and ministry efforts for parenting teenagers in the Lewisville-Flower Mound area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain YoungLives ministries, including spiritual development and leadership training
• Engage in resource development through fundraising, donor care, and community relationship building
• Oversee direct ministry activities, including outreach meetings, Campaigners, and camping strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Commitment to a growing relationship with Christ
• Completion of at least two years as a Staff Associate and relevant training
• College degree preferred
• Understanding of issues faced by pregnant and parenting teen moms
• Proven leadership skills and ability to travel as required
