Youth Community Organizer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Organizer (Youth Organizer).

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and support teams of Civic Service Fellows in local high schools
• Facilitate civic engagement and community actions led by high school Fellows
• Submit weekly Action Reports detailing time spent and activities conducted

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in community organizing or volunteer mobilization
• Experience engaging directly with youth (high school aged and up)
• Familiarity with digital systems for organizing and outreach
• Understanding of social justice issues and civic responsibility
• Alignment with the mission and values of youth empowerment
