Youth Development Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development of a Wellbeing Framework for Adolescent and Youth Development Programs Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and synthesize evidence on adolescent and youth wellbeing programming
• Facilitate participatory consultations with young people to co-define wellbeing and framework components
• Develop and finalize a wellbeing definition and framework, including measurement tools and indicators

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in adolescent and youth development programs
• Qualifications in fields related to adolescent and youth development (e.g., education, international development)
• Expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, including results frameworks and indicators
• Experience conducting participatory research with young people
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is desirable
