Youth Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Youth Development Specialist Offsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the 21st Century Teacher and Site Supervisor to create and deliver academic activities
• Monitor and report academic and behavioral impact of activities
• Assist in creating and distributing media materials for the program

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Teaching preferred
• One year of experience facilitating programs with youth required, two years preferred
• First Aid and CPR Certification within 30 days of hire
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Knowledge of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) required
