Job Summary

A company is looking for a Youth Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to create academic activities in Reading and Mathematics
Monitor and report on the academic and behavioral impact of activities
Assist in creating and distributing media for the program

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Teaching preferred
One year of experience working with youth required; Two years preferred
First Aid and CPR Certification within 30 days of hire
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Knowledge of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS)
