Job Summary
Guiding the strategic direction of youth-focused innovation initiatives, the part-time Yoma Youth Ecosystem Consultant will assess and refine pilot programs, engage multi-sector partners, and generate evidence-based recommendations to enhance youth employability and skills development remotely for a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the assessment and refinement of Yoma's innovation pilots and ecosystem strategies
- Engage with partners to ensure pilots are grounded in youth-centered design and continuous feedback
- Generate recommendations to strengthen the learning-to-earning pipeline across multiple regions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in international development, social innovation, public policy, or related fields
- At least 6 years of experience in youth-focused innovation projects, particularly in AI or digital skills development
- Proven ability to cultivate and manage partnerships across public, private, and non-profit sectors
- Skilled in data analytics for assessing program outcomes and guiding decision-making
- Experience working with international organizations on multi-country programs
