Youth Justice Policy Coordinator

Job Summary

Leading the development and evaluation of community-based youth justice policies, the full-time Youth Justice Policy Coordinator will manage research, implement programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to align Wisconsin's youth justice system with best practices, with potential for hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to develop and evaluate youth justice policies and programs
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and monitor youth justice initiatives and standards
• Prepare complex policy analyses and assess data related to youth justice practices and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Experience in child welfare or a related human services field with direct ties to child welfare
• Proven track record in developing, implementing, or managing policies and programs
• Experience providing guidance or technical assistance to professionals in related fields
• Ability to analyze data to assess the impact of policies or programs
• Familiarity with youth justice programs and services or a related youth-serving field
