Youth Organizer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Organizer (Youth Organizer).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 Community Organizers and lead Chapters of the Civic Service Fellowship
• Recruit, onboard, and support teams of Civic Service Fellows to lead community actions
• Submit weekly Action Reports detailing time spent on organizing activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Two years of experience in community organizing or campaign development
• Experience engaging with youth, particularly high school-aged individuals
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Familiarity with digital systems for community organizing and outreach
• Alignment with the mission of empowering youth and building collective power
