Youth Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Youth Partner to provide support and guidance to youth in their care.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and develop rapport with youth, helping them adhere to their case plans
• Provide mentoring, crisis management, and intervention as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members to enhance youth wellbeing and placement stability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in an unrelated field may be considered with relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with adolescents in a supportive role
• Lived or personal experience with DCBS, DJJ, or healthcare required
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet credentialing standards
