Job Summary
A company is looking for a Youth Partner to provide support and advocacy for youth in their care.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and mentor youth assigned to the caseload, fostering rapport and buy-in to their case plans
- Collaborate with caregivers, DCBS staff, and other team members to enhance youth wellbeing and placement stability
- Provide crisis management and empower youth in self-advocacy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field preferred
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in an unrelated field may be considered with relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with adolescents in a supportive role
- Lived or personal experience with DCBS or related services required
- Valid Driver's License and ability to meet credentialing standards
