YouthBuild Project Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a YouthBuild Technical Assistance Project Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and strategic direction for the YouthBuild technical assistance contract
• Serve as the primary liaison with USDOL and oversee stakeholder relationships
• Supervise project staff and coordinate workstreams to ensure cohesive planning and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-year projects
• Strong understanding of YouthBuild, youth development, and the public workforce system
• Experience providing technical assistance on program operations at senior management levels
