Job Summary

Passionate about sharing impactful content, the full-time YouTube and Social Media Manager will develop and execute digital strategies to enhance audience engagement and expand ministry reach across social media platforms and YouTube in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee content creation, publishing, and performance analysis across digital channels
• Develop platform-specific social strategies to support growth, engagement, and monetization
• Manage community engagement and monitor platform performance, including video editing and optimization

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience with social media platforms
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop
• YouTube Certified in Audience Growth or familiar with SEO best practices
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple assignments under deadlines
• Experience in a fast-paced video production environment
