Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, platform-savvy YouTube Channel Specialist on a temporary contract basis, this remote role will manage day-to-day channel operations, including content uploads, metadata optimization, and community moderation while ensuring adherence to established workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate YouTube comments, maintaining community standards and channel settings
• Upload and publish videos while collaborating with content and SEO teams to enhance discoverability
• Evaluate video performance and implement data-driven recommendations for optimization

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on YouTube channel management experience
• Deep working knowledge of the YouTube platform and its algorithm
• Strong understanding of organic YouTube SEO principles and AEO
• Experience with YouTube optimization tools such as TubeBuddy or VidIQ
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced environment
