Key Responsibilities

Research trending niches and content formats in the English-language YouTube market
Produce 2-3 test videos per niche, including scripts, visuals, and basic editing
Track performance metrics to determine which concepts to scale or discard

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of YouTube viewing habits and trending content
Knowledge of video virality elements: hooks, drama, pacing, and storytelling
Ability to edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects
Familiarity with AI tools is a plus (training provided)
Proficiency in English
