YouTube Creator Manager
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of YouTube creators, the full-time YouTube Creator Manager will build and maintain relationships to help creators maximize their use of Linktree, while providing tailored support to enhance audience growth, engagement, and monetization strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of YouTube creators, delivering appropriate support based on their needs and opportunities
- Identify opportunities for creators to enhance their use of Linktree, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and monetization
- Educate creators on Linktree products and best practices, driving awareness and adoption of relevant tools
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in creator management, talent management, or related roles within the creator economy
- Strong knowledge of the YouTube creator ecosystem, including audience building and monetization strategies
- Proven ability to manage relationships with creators and serve as a trusted partner
- Data-informed approach to relationship management, using performance signals to guide priorities
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product and Marketing to advocate for creator needs
