Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an audience-led content strategy to grow the Fusion YouTube channel
• Drive production and optimize packaging and distribution to enhance subscriber growth and engagement
• Analyze performance data to inform content roadmap and improve overall channel effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in YouTube channel strategy and growth for a brand or established creator
• Proven success in increasing subscribers and organic views through strategic initiatives
• Experience linking YouTube content to actionable outcomes such as trials or sign-ups
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Proficient in YouTube analytics and capable of deriving actionable insights from performance data
