Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual, the remote contract YouTube Operations Associate Manager will manage agency workflows, oversee high-volume YouTube publishing operations, and continuously improve operational processes to support Crunchyroll's global YouTube network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the external agency partner, managing communication and deliverable tracking
• Oversee high-volume YouTube publishing operations, ensuring accurate metadata and timely content delivery
• Maintain and enhance operational workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or agency management
• Proven experience managing external vendors or agency relationships
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication skills for maintaining strong working relationships
• Respect for anime and familiarity with fandom communities
