YouTube Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager, YouTube on a contract basis, who will manage asset preparation and distribution, coordinate approvals and uploads, and optimize workflows to enhance YouTube operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source, prepare, and distribute large volumes of assets for YouTube uploads
• Manage metadata, geoblocking, and asset labeling for accurate regional monetization
• Coordinate communication between teams to facilitate approvals and asset sharing

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, asset management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues and proposes solutions
• Experience evaluating systems to create workflow efficiencies
• Respect for anime and familiarity with fandom communities
