Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive client touchpoints to establish multi-quarter roadmaps and convert insights into actionable decisions
• Act as a senior channel strategist for large clients, conducting competitive planning and account reviews
• Drive agency-wide adoption of YouTube by developing decision frameworks and mentoring cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level YouTube programs
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and DV360
• Advanced mastery of YouTube measurement frameworks including Brand Lift and Conversion Lift
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal Product teams and Google for first-to-market solutions
• Skilled in using AI-driven resources for campaign management and optimization
