Job Summary

To maximize the performance of the Financial Audit YouTube series, the full-time YouTube Strategist & Retention Lead will analyze audience engagement metrics, develop content strategies, and collaborate with creative teams to enhance viewer retention and channel growth in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content strategy for the Financial Audit series, focusing on audience retention and engagement
• Analyze YouTube data to identify trends and provide actionable feedback for video improvements
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize storytelling, pacing, and overall content quality

Required qualifications

• Experience in growing YouTube channels or optimizing long-form digital content
• Deep understanding of YouTube Analytics and metrics driving channel growth
