Job Summary

To support a growing YouTube entertainment company, the full-time remote YouTube Thumbnail Artist will create eye-catching thumbnails for Minecraft and Roblox content, collaborating with a team to enhance audience engagement and channel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead Artist and team to design polished, high-converting YouTube thumbnails
• Create engaging thumbnail concepts that align with video content and branding
• Produce finished 2D illustrations in a Chibi-inspired art style and edit images to maximize click-through rates

Required qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating thumbnail design and digital illustration skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and experience creating YouTube thumbnails or digital marketing graphics
• Solid understanding of composition, visual storytelling, and color correction
• Knowledge of gaming content, particularly Minecraft and Roblox, and familiarity with YouTube culture
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and adapt to changing priorities
