Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience editing narrative, vlog, or documentary-style content for YouTube
• Must provide a portfolio showcasing exceptional narrative storytelling and technical skills
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong skills in sound design and music selection
• Deep knowledge of YouTube analytics, particularly audience retention graphs
