Job Summary

A company is looking for a YouTube Producer.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedule for two videos a week, overseeing all phases from scripting to delivery
• Manage communication and workflow among writers, editors, video crew, and hosts
• Oversee the writing staff, including assigning scripts and managing personnel, while also engaging with the audience through comments and Discord

Required Qualifications

• Experience covering the U.S. military or working within the defense and industry beat
• Strong familiarity with military operations, global defense, and geopolitics
• At least five years of professional experience in journalism and video production, with managerial experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Ability to manage multi-level stakeholders effectively
