Z Cloud and Enterprise Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance cloud integration, the W2 contract Z Cloud and Enterprise Engineer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications on IBM Z systems while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate APIs using IBM z/Os Connect, with OAS2 and OAS3 experience as a plus
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for mainframe applications
• Diagnose and resolve zCEE issues while identifying contributing factors in hybrid cloud/mainframe environments

Required qualifications:

• Experience with IBM Z and z/OS Connect
• Knowledge of COBOL, Java, or other mainframe programming languages
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD for mainframe development
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
