Job Summary

A company is looking for a z/OS IBM Mainframe Computer Operator who will be responsible for maintaining and operating IBM z/OS mainframe computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and configure IBM z/OS mainframe computer systems
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for computer operations
Monitor system consoles and perform batch processing via Workload Automation tool

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in z/OS IBM Mainframe Computer Operations
Experience with Incident Management and Job Scheduler
Proficiency in using Operator Consoles and Sysview
Knowledge of JCL, CICS, MVS, OS/JCL, DB2, TSO, and SYSVIEW
Ability to troubleshoot complex system hardware and software issues
