z/OS Systems Programmer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IBM z/OS and associated system software
• Monitor system health, diagnose performance issues, and conduct root cause analysis
• Collaborate with application, middleware, operations, and cybersecurity teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of z/OS Systems Programming experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of z/OS internals, system configuration, and SMP/E software maintenance
• Experience supporting mission-critical or regulated environments
• Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional engineering teams
